Tina is a registered architect in Victoria and Tasmania, and a Certified passive House Designer. She is particularly interested in the application of Passive House principles to heritage buildings, and in finding design responses that balance the modification of structures to suit new uses with respect for a building’s heritage significance. She also leads on residential projects of all types. She heads the R&D wing of the practice, preparing our Sustainability Action Plan and a manifesto to drive our approach in general.
As well as leading projects, Tina’s management activities include strategic planning, recruitment and resource planning. She plays a key role in mentoring and supporting architecture team members, and regularly contributes to industry knowledge through conferences and events.
